Seasalt , chief sales officer
Will Charnley joined Cornish fashion and lifestyle retailer Seasalt in June 2018 as customer experience, strategy and innovation director and was promoted to chief sales officer in 2019. He oversees the brand’s sales online, in stores, through digital marketplaces and via wholesale partners, and is responsible for channel strategy and alignment of the brand across customer touchpoints.
Before joining Seasalt, Charnley was head of strategy and planning at pub company Greene King. Before that he held a variety of operational, strategic and transformation roles at John Lewis Partnership.
