Shop Direct , Customer experience and digital product director
Sally-Anne joined Shop Direct in July 2016 as business development director, to help grow commercial partnerships to accelerate our journey to become a world class digital retailer. In summer 2017, she took on the wider remit of customer experience and digital product director, responsible for digital product teams working on improving the customer journey. These teams operate digital ways of working, expanding the use of agile methodologies across Shop Direct.
Sally-Anne previously held roles at online fashion retailer Atterley, where she was CEO; ASOS, where she was Managing Director of the Australian business before becoming global business development director; and the largest multi-channel retailer in Australia, Woolworths Group, where she was head of multichannel retail. She also spent eight years at eBay in Australia, where she rose to head of buyer experience.
Shop Direct is the UK’s second largest pureplay digital retailer, with annual sales in the last financial year of £1.93 billion. Our digital department store brands are Very.co.uk, Littlewoods.com, VeryExclusive.co.uk and LittlewoodsIreland.ie. In the last financial year, we received an average of more than 1.3 million website visits every day, with 69% of online sales completed on mobile devices.
