At Shop Direct, Kate uses her background in psychology, which she studied at Liverpool Hope University followed by a Masters in Industrial/Organisational and Business Psychology at University College London. Kate’s always been passionate about understanding why people do what they do and
prior to her time at Shop Direct, utilised her background in psychology problem solving and suggesting tech solutions for the Police.
In January 2018, Kate was named on the Drapers 30 under 30 list, recognised for her business achievements as well as working with young female talent to bridge the gender gap in digital. Her efforts in this space have been further recognised when she made it onto Northern Power Women’s 2019 Future’s List in January this year.
