With over 20 years of extensive digital product experience in corporate, scale-up, and start-up businesses, Jim joined Marks & Spencer two years ago and is responsible for all M&S’s websites, apps and in-store digital experiences. He has a successful track record in international expansion, digital transformation and business growth, having joined M&S from leisure photo retail business Picsolve as Global Director of Product, where Jim doubled conversion and revenue for the business by launching a new digital product and experience. Jim’s prior experience includes leading the business strategy and product planning for Microsoft’s online search business, Bing Shopping and Travel International, along with leading commercial, marketing and digital roles at GCap Media (now Global Radio) and property portals, Asserta Home and Property Finder. During his career, Jim has built and run two online fashion businesses, StylePilot and ShopStyle, as well as property search website Smove.com, which he sold to Norwich Union and later became Zoopla.com.
