Dionne was appointed the Ecommerce Director at Designer Childrenswear back in 2015 - one of the country's leading luxury children's fashion retailers. Heading up the entire digital team, she is responsible for multiple worldwide partnerships and growth including customer acquisition, engagement and retention. Dionne continues to transform the Digital UK and International growth strategy for the business, which was needed to take Designer Childrenswear forward and reach new audiences globally. In 2019, she attended the Department for International Trade's retail mission to China, securing international business opportunities. Her current focus is fore fronting the development of PWA within the company to ensure the Designer Childrenswear site is reliable, fast and engaging, whilst still meeting consumer buying trends. Dionne brings both passion and over 14 years digital and marketing experience to her current role.
