Michelle is currently the Head of Retail Fashion for the UK. In her role, she consults with top fashion companies, helping them understand how to best use the Facebook Family of Apps and Services to drive the highest return on core business metrics. Through partnerships with industry bodies, such as BFC, she also helps clients and internal product teams prepare for consumer shifts in the industry.
Michelle joined Facebook New York in 2012 and moved to London in 2014. Prior to Facebook, she worked at InStyle Magazine in New York on the publishing side.
Outside of her role, Michelle leads the Women@Facebook London group; promoting diversity, training and inclusion within the company culture.
