Andy is a multi-award-winning retail Leader and board-Level advisor with extensive UK & International experience driving market share, sales and profit growth across multichannel retailers.
He is currently the Chief Digital Officer at Arcadia Group, where he is responsible for the overarching group digital strategy, which includes 7 fashion brands: Topshop, Topman, Dorothy Perkins, Burton, Wallis, Evans and Miss Selfridge.
Immediately prior to that, he was the CEO or Alamy Ltd, the stock image specialists, with responsibility for the transformation of people strategy, customer experience, operations and financial performance. Previously he held leadership and advisory roles with Mothercare, McKinsey & Co., Yext, House of Fraser, Ryman and The Carphone Warehouse.
