Team of the Year - Drapers Digital Festival
This category is open to digital teams within a fashion retailer that operates in the UK and/or Irish fashion market.
Judges will be looking for a team which can demonstrate how they have used digital to contribute to the overall objectives of the business. Entrants must outline their exceptional understanding of the market and customer, and explain why the team stands out above the rest, how it achieved measurable results and give evidence to support this. Entrants must outline the size of the team, how it engages with the rest of the business and how it innovates to drive the overall business strategy.
What to include in your entry:
- Detail the size of the team and the roles within it
- Show how the team has achieved and surpassed its objectives
- Outline how the team has driven traffic, brand awareness and sales
- Highlight the talent within the team and show how it measures success
- Show how the team is driving digital innovation
- Include sales figures over the past 12 months and year-on-year traffic numbers
