Best New Online Business - Drapers Digital Festival
This category is open to any fashion retailer that operates in the UK and/or Irish fashion market with an online proposition that has been trading for between one and three years.
Judges will be looking for a strong business plan, a unique selling proposition and impressive financial performance, which demonstrates year-on-year growth (can include projected figures).
Website design, UX, product offer, customer service, marketing initiatives and customer engagement will all be taken into account.
What to include in your entry:
- Outline the business strategy and its initial impact
- Give proof of an integrated multichannel operation across all available sales channels
- Show the strength of customer service, including delivery and returns
- Highlight a strong user experience and understanding of customer data
- Detail strong results driven marketing, social media and content plans
- Detail any technological innovations
- Give evidence of clear ROI
- Include sales figures over the past 12 months and year-on-year traffic numbers
If shortlisted you may be required to present to a Live Judging panel during the content section of the Drapers Digital Festival.
