Best Digital Personalisation - Drapers Digital Festival
This category is open to any fashion retailer that operates in the UK and/or Irish fashion market.
Judges will be looking for evidence of a personalisation strategy that has improved both customer engagement and the shopping experience over the past 12 months. The entry should show how data has been used to create a truly personalised experience for the customer. This could take the form of marketing messages, recommendations, dynamic content, customer journey and/or engagement.
What to include in your entry:
- Outline the personalisation strategy, and how it supports the overall business objectives
- Demonstrate how it drove customer engagement and increased conversion rates
- Show how data was used effectively to support the personalisation proposition
- Give evidence of clear ROI & show how the initiative met its targets
- Include sales figures over the past 12 months and year-on-year traffic numbers
If shortlisted you may be required to present to a Live Judging panel during the content section of the Drapers Digital Festival.
