Best Customer Engagement and Retention Strategy - Drapers Digital Festival
This category is open to any fashion retailer that operates in the UK and/or Irish fashion market.
Judges will be looking for evidence of how data has been used to drive customer engagement and retention within the past 12 months. Entrants must demonstrate a customer first strategy across all channels.
What to include in your entry:
- Outline the strategy and show how it has achieved its objectives
- Highlight how the initiative put the customer first and delivered an outstanding experience
- Give evidence of how the initiative has driven customer engagement and retention
- Detail why the experience was best in class at engaging the customer
- Give evidence of clear ROI and show how the strategy met its targets
- Include sales figures over the past 12 months and year-on-year traffic numbers
If shortlisted you may be required to present to a Live Judging panel during the content section of the Drapers Digital Festival.
