Best app - Drapers Digital Festival
Open to fashion retailers and marketplaces, this award will recognise an app that has a clear strategy to engage the customer and/or generate sales. Entries should highlight the purpose of the app and its appeal to the brand’s customer base. Innovation, great design and user engagement will all be taken into account; however, evidence of a unique proposition is a must. Open to any fashion retailer or marketplace that operates in the UK and/or Irish fashion markets.
What to include in your entry:
- Give proof of how the app has contribution to overall business growth in the last 12 months
- Show how the app has been integrated into the overall business model
- Highlight how the app offers customers a unique proposition
- Give details of the app, the objectives behind it and how they have been met
- Demonstrate how the app is providing an outstanding user experience
- Give evidence of easy usability and simple customer journey on the app
- Give the number of downloads of the app and customer reviews
Shortlisted entries will be judged live on the Festival stage on 15 May. All shortlisted companies for Best App must have one representative attend to make a brief pitch in front of the judges and audience.
